Repzor – Store Policy
Products & Printing Method
All products are printed on demand. This means that each item is unique and is only made when you place your order. Because of this, minor variations in color and placement may occur, which is normal for this type of production.
Ordering
Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Always check that the address, size and product information are correct.
If you discover any errors - contact us directly at repzorshirts@gmail.com and we will try to correct them before production starts.
Please note that orders often go into production within a few hours.
Production & Delivery
Production time is normally 2–5 working days, after which delivery time is added.
Gelato uses local printers whenever possible, which results in faster deliveries and reduced environmental impact.
Normal delivery time (varies depending on country):
Sweden: 3–7 business days
Europe: 4–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Delays may occur during peak season or due to transport companies.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Since the products are printed specifically for each customer, there is no general right of return or cancellation for print-on-demand items.
However, you are of course entitled to compensation if:
The product is defective.
The pressure is incorrect.
The wrong product or size was sent from the supplier.

Always attach clear pictures of the item and describe the problem.
Cancelled or changed orders
Changes or cancellations can only be made before production starts.
Contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help you.
Damaged or lost packages
If the package is damaged in transit or does not show up:
Contact us with order number and information
We are investigating this with Gelato and the shipping company.
In case of confirmed damage or loss, we will of course send a new item free of charge.
