Delivery and Returns
All of our products are manufactured on demand via Gelato, meaning each item is printed only when you place your order. This reduces overproduction and makes our business more sustainable.
Normal delivery time is usually 5-10 business days, depending on the product and delivery address. Products are printed and shipped from the production center closest to your location to provide fast and environmentally friendly delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on product and destination.
Returns and complaints
Since all products are made to order, we do not offer open purchases or exchanges if you regret your purchase or choose the wrong size.
However, if your item is damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a new product or refund.
Send an email to repzorshirts@gmail.com with the order number, a description of the problem and preferably pictures of the product.
